As a creative, you know how working with your hands and fiber can help you reset and relieve stress. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a set of practices you can learn over eight weeks. These could help you deepen your crafts, but also help you maintain that level of calm responsiveness anywhere, any time. The class can be an opportunity for you to recover your capacities in surprising and sustainable ways by providing a special, experiential live online learning environment and guidance that can make a profound impact.
